I heard a rumor that the new name will be ecompark.com I went through 100's of old posts to find this link, which says the same.

The AGM is being held Monday and shareholders of record, April 5, will vote on the name change to ecompark and allowing the company to do additional private placements equal to 25% or more of the current outstanding shares to raise additional capital.

Guaranteed there are additional announcements to come. Stock looks ready to run again to new highs.
