One thing everyone here has to understand is that MB trader works under very strict rules compared to a regular broker like schwab or etrade. I was following the MB trader thread for a while. I know for example with etrade if I get a call I can sell a security to cover it. With MB trader you must cover in cash before the trade clears. Their rules on what creates a margin call are also very different. The place to ask the question about the options is on the MB trader thread.
