Dan: I don't have any difficulty in anyone having their day in court. The court date keeps moving on this case. I am not afraid of anything coming out and on the contrary, have looked for a number of issues to come out, only to be delayed. I can only tell you that I spent direct time in an operation where these characters where involved and witnessed first hand the manipulation of false information and promotion (which I believed at first) and sent a stock soaring (0.75/share on 1/1/97 to 5.50 on 02.26.97) only to have the company halted. The stock today is significantly below it's previous lofty heights. The fact that the company had and has real assets was irrelevant to the Sklar team, this was just providing a foundation for the promote and gave some credit to the storey. In the end the stories couldn't deliver on the promises, regardless of the halt. I trust this explains why and how I have developed this opinion and need to stop this from occurring again.
