TO ALL. PLEASE READ.

First of all, lets stop talking about the 49 million shares in today's PR which is worst case. The stock would have to be at .142 (70% of .142 = .10) for the conversion price to be at .10.

The following table shows a more likely scenario:

Price = .30 $5,200,000 / (70% of .30) = 24.76 million shares
Price = .40 $5,200,000 / (70% of .40) = 18.57 million shares
Price = .50 $5,200,000 / (70% of .50) = 14.86 million shares
Price = .60 $5,200,000 / (70% of .60) = 12.38 million shares
Price = .70 $5,200,000 / (70% of .70) = 10.61 million shares
Price = 1.00 $5,200,000 / (70% of 1.00) = 7.43 million shares
Price = 2.00 $5,200,000 / (70% of 2.00) = 3.71 million shares
Price = 3.00 $5,200,000 / (70% of 3.00) = 2.48 million shares

With all the recently signed deals (Nettaxi, Signature, Babe Ruth, etc.) kicking in during the next 6 months I think a price of .50 for this INTERNET stock is not unreasonable and very conservative. Therefore the dilution would be only 14.86 million shares (34 million shares less then the 49 million everybody is talking about). If the stock price is higher then .50 (which I think is quite possible) then the dilution will be that much less. Today's PR also pointed this out with a more optimistic price of $3.00 a share in which case the dilution would be an insignificant 2.48 million shares.

TSIG is a turnaround company that is currently in the ramp-up phase (hiring personel, buying and leasing equipment and facitlities, etc.). This takes up-front money. If you listen to Sword on SI (the admitted liar), you would think that TSIG is building a chain of Pizza Parlors.

To the Sword_liar: TSIG is building an INTERNET company with a unique business model that consists of the three significant INTERNET divisions. Have you every heard of the phrase: it takes money to make money.

John Hwang left Cohesive to join TSIG. Mr. Hwang is a well respected in the Internet field and is often referred to as an Internet guru. I'm sure Mr Hwang could make alot of money at many different companies. The fact that he chose TSIG speaks volumes.

GoLin/Harris (a well respected PR firm with clients such as McDonalds, Bayer, Digital Equipment, Nintendo, etc.) has chosen to represent TSIG. This also speaks volumes. Apparently, GoLin/Harris is comfortable representing our little unknown OTCBB stock.

So, who is to be believed?

Sword (the admitted liar) or John Hwang and GoLin/Harris.

The answer is obvious.

P.S. I would appreciate if someone could post this on SI. Thanks in advance.
