Yes, I believe AOL has already started to talk with T/ATHM to reach a distribution agreement. An announcement can be imminent.

Was, yes. But is? A great deal of the upgrades have been done already or are underway. The mindset has changed away from digital TV towards the real future of broadband. Armstrong has shown everyone how important an upgraded system is to AT&T.
What % of systems are still not upgraded due to lack of funding? Any idea? What % of the population doesnt have access to cable at all but might still be economically right for cable internet?

As to AOL buying COX: If they will want an MSO why do you think they turned down a chance at a piece of UMG? Was not going after UMG a foolish move on AOL's part?
