>Self- made Bailey's? Does she have a URL? Bailey's is one of those things that can make me regret being an infrequent drinker!<

Yes indeed. I am hardly a drinker myself. I enjoy wines occasionally, but never could adjust to beer and hard liquors. I detest whiskey—much too violent for my delicate palette. Well okay, so I like a good scotch (grin). But I especially enjoy Bailey's. It's like drinking a spiked candy bar. The URL is

happycookers.com

(My mother notes you should be careful to add the cream of coconut starting with the lower amount specified in the recipe and then add additional to taste if needed.)

>Also, I love it in cake....<

This sounds as if it has fabulous dessert potential.

>I am glad the video game worked out. I just put on a NASCAR program, but have yet to run it...<

These things I find terribly boring and a remarkable waste of time. I don't think I have played a computer game since DOOM, and even that game I played only once as I thought it much too evil for my sensibilities. Nevertheless I see many games now allow online interaction, and this no doubt enhances the challenge they present.

>Have a pleasant sleep, and a minimal hang- over...<

I have never had a hangover (but I am curious about them). You really cannot drink a lot of Bailey's, so I did not drink much. But I did experience a little buzz there a bit. It takes only a very little to affect me.
