If he (and others) didn't trade the proceed of the convertible, they only may show a nice book profit. Note that they have shelled out more $$$ and maybe want to cash in a part. When the tech market continues to lighten up, then HRZG will have no more interest in supporting the bid and the real buyers will leave the stock. All in all the convertible holders had / have to short quite an amount, in order to return the cash.

Given that pace, and eliminatind double counting, it takes a months until he is done.
