~ OT ~ CNC.... I think digital service is improving. The GTE Motorola StarTac is a new digital one. In the last few weeks I have used it in California, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota and Michigan. No major problems. The GTE plan would come with 650 minutes of airtime for around $95/month. There are no roaming fees or access fees. I will make a decision in the next few days. Mohan, BGR, and Greg are motivating me to consider a Qualcomm <gg> -- through the Sprint PCS Network. On the other hand I just switched from MCI to AT&T for Long Distance service (I negotiated for quite a few free hours of calling). There probably would be some incentive to add in an AT&T cell phone. I'll check this weekend to see what they offer. Oh boy..too many choices..!! Best Regards, Scott
