No contribution no vested options. It is pretty sad to see Q's HR person to tell the general public about its employees' "double dipping". A standard practice is not only can be set by CISCO, MSFT, INTC, ORACLE, DELL but QCOM also. Why become a follower? Go with the written contracted terms. That is the rule of the game. Who cares about a standard practice?
