JGoren,

Michelle, you really need to stop being so cavalier with terms that have specific legal meanings.

Considering that Michelle acknowledged that she is not an attorney, you really need to stop being so critical of the laypeople who aren't rushing out to get a law degree. She raised an issue in a way that in your opinion isn't constructive and as a result you portray it as if she needs to hire a lawyer to defend herself against a suit from management. Gimme a break.

JGoren, and you need to direct your vast legal interpretations of common terms to someone who is interested - not me.

This is what I said,
Still it sounds like a bit of fiscal mismanagement with the options plan in the early days,

Which in no way represents a "charge" of any kind, it is merely an observation. If you feel that this is lawsuit material, theres a thread on SI for that apparently, also I'm in the book. Otherwise, may I suggest you obtain a copy of browsemaster - a very useful tool (www.browsemaster.com) and insert my name on your "ignore" list - which is precisely what I am going to do with yours.
