Jing, you're right about the RBOCs rolling out DSL. What I meant is that AOL is rolling our their DSL-speed service this summer, to take advantage of the DSL networks being rolled out by Bell Atlantic, Southwestern Bell, and others. It's a tandem thing. AOL can not roll out DSL unless there are DSL providers out there, and the providers can not sell DSL unless there are DSL customers out there. That is why AOL initially struck a deal with Bell Atlantic, as reported in the news last January.
