If DGIV ever gets around to filing financials with the SEC, we might have some hard numbers for these "contracts" -- the clock is ticking down, and if they don't file by the fall, they will be booted off the OTC BB. Maybe the $9500 they spent with the new promoter would have been better spent complying with the SEC paperwork requirements. Assuming of course that they even care about staying on the OTC BB...

Nowadays, as may be surmised from the relatively low numbers of posts I make anymore here, I no longer care about DGIV. It's another zombie, the living dead of the stock markets as far as I'm concerned.

There's no advice I can really give you about how to proceed with this stock. I hope it works out for you...


Oh well, It seems our hopes are ever to be dashed around here. Paul, you truly dissapoint me. I took you for an honest, upstanding young man who would do as he says, and now look what you have gone and done. <Sigh>
