SS - good morning or is it afternoon - must be. <<Not to talk about the rest of the NATO countries who appear to be both spineless and voiceless>> I'm told that German opinion has swung strongly against the Nato action - not that they were ever strongly for it - but acted more as a loyal member. But the German sentiment is so strong now - that it will have to be taken into consideration by Clinton/Blair et al. Germany has a strong need for good relations with Russia. D
