News on the Business Wire: Jreck Acquires Food Court Systems Inc. LONGWOOD, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 11, 1999--Jreck Subs Group Inc. (OTC BB:JSUB) announced the acquisition of Food Court Systems Inc. based in Seattle, adding five more distinct brands, bringing the total to 12. Food Court Systems Inc. provides a complete array of complementary stand-alone food concepts including Burrito Burrito(tm), Cinnamon Cindy's(tm), Paolis(tm) Pizza and Pasta, Ivars(r), Clam Chowder and Fuji Bowl(tm) Fresh Oriental. Chris Swartz, president and CEO of Jreck Subs Group Inc. stated: ''I am very excited about our ability to deliver a complete food court concept to non-traditional locations in one complete package, both here in the United States and internationally. I believe Jreck Subs Group is the only company in America today capable of providing a complete food court concept from one franchising company.''
