Howard, I was pushing it on this thread many moons ago when it was dirt cheap. I have since sold it at a large profit. Stillwater is the largest and one of only two North American platinum complex miners. They have some nice properties. The problem is, they don't have the cheap easy volume of the South African producer, so the price per ounce has to rise a lot for them to make decent money. At 45 times eps and no dividend to speak of, its valuation seems way overdone relative to Impala or Amplats. I am no longer buying either of the latter, so I am avoiding SWC like the plague.
