Maybe we could set up a non for profit foundiation. Those who make profits from the tips they receive on this thread could contribute a a amall portion of their profits to the fund. Contribtions then could be sent to the fund's bank. Distribution of the funds would be by vote of registered WRLB club members. We could set up a WRLB club web site to keep members informed of the foundiation's activities etc.

This could work.
