ROFLMAO!!

don't you guys get it??? Wayne went around and "hyped" this stock to a few threads... and wayne never hypes.. twice a year I think he said in jest... and now he's just having a little fun bashing..

i think he felt kind of guilty pushing the stock on a few threads in fun... (certainly I'm not claiming he's a hypster.. you had to have been reading his posts on his thread to understand what I mean)...

anyway he might have felt a bit guilty so he threw in this "phantom shares" thing..

folks.. we own shares... have them delivered to you if you think I'm lying... if these MMs want to continue to do business with your brokers... like Ameritrade, ETRADE, NDB.. etc... you can bet your bottom dollar that they wouldn't be selling shares of something that had no physical cusip# and registrant.

if it's true that this stock is incorrectly listed on the OTC:BB and should have been on the NASD, then worst case scenario the company will file to have a new cusip # re-issued (possibly along with re-issuing 1 for 1 share swap)... and the stock might get haulted for a couple days.... that's worst case scenario that I see...

if anyone is thinking that they dont physically own shares of XSNI... then you let Wayne's joke spook you a bit too much... lol

relax people... I can't tell you where the stock will go... up/down/sideways.. whatever cuz I can't predict the future...

but alot of money came into this one...people dont buy $100,000 worth of a BB stock unless they've done their homework... just think how much DD most of you do when buying only $1,000 to $5,000 worth of stock.. what about if you were willing to buy $25,000 worth??? how much dd would you do then? I should hope that people do enough DD that they feel confident with what they are buying.. everyone does different amounts of DD differently. My guess is these $100,000+ buyers that came in over $4/share late friday know what they are doing.. and if I can ride their tails for a nice profit... I'll be happy too.

wayne you hypster/basher... you get both titles for this one... just kidding.. thx for finding this one and letting those of us know about it who wouldn't have otherwise... take care everyone and have a great weekend... no one should really be nervous here... I know that none of you ever buy more than you can afford to risk in the penny market right!? I don't. Should be a nice ride for this next week and as more info becomes available we can all re-evaluate our positions and what we want to do with them.

Jacalyn, I think shares have been available for trading on the OTC since 03/16/99 but no actual trades until 03/26/99. Go to the OTCBB website and you will find it listed there. One might wonder how a UK web portal got on the American OTC. Well, according to XSNI website they are a Delaware Corporation. Now, why this English business did it that way, I don't know. But I can't believe MMs would trade phantom shares so I think they actually exist. I'm doing more research later this weekend and report anything further. Jeff
