I guess they don't like you at TSIG. I have my CD's and the one that I a problem with they replied to my email and called me. I ordered a new CD Friday. So lets see how long it takes.

I checked the web site on Friday and my order was listed as cancelled! I then called customer service and they re-entered the order, could not explain what happened and apologized. When I asked if they could expedite my order, the answer was no, there is no way to do that. They did agree to give me a free MusicCard.
