Tim, Yes there are other issues. It's called CRUSHING the competition in more than one way. As you know IMO there is a serious ethics problem with our main competitor and Vivus is probably the only small cap biotech company trying to keep them in check. Do you remember in the annual report where Vivus was contesting Pfizer's broad claim on all PDE5 inhibitors for the entire Europe? Why was Bear Stearns(who is heavily invested in PFE) suspended for making a market in Vivus? There is a paid PFE shill who no longer posts here who will claim that this is all nonsense. Same guy who would never answer my specific questions regarding the extremely slack attitude of the FDA towards key safety issues surrounding Viagra. I am sure that any one buying Vivus early last year would have never guessed that after over 500 deaths that the FDA would still be looking the other way and ignoring the huge pile of dead bodies that our competition has swept under the rug. I must say that IMO that pile is so large that the rug can no longer cover it. The facts will always prevail in the long run.
