I would be shocked if Galton, or any other CEO, were pitched out the door without warning, after more than a decade with the company. The Board of Directors won't be as angry as Rick and the rest of us, because they concurred with the squandering of each opportunity. If you want to debate a new business plan, that's fine. Remember, the reagents business is gone and at least part of the vaccine adjuvant possibility is settled. The periodontal program is over. What's left to work with?
