And before I get taken out of context, let me also say I am not saying
this or that about brainpower of letter writers. What I am saying is that one would at the least expect that they do DD by reading notes here.
That is whether the notes are valid or not. As such I would expect they would gleam some good info here. I dont think they are all-knowing. If they dont due DD then take that into consideration when you read or hear what they say. As far as assigned weight to what they say one must remember that folks pay to hear them, me on the other hand must pay to be heard. (thru ISP's). VBG
All my opinion. Which is apparently value-less I might also add. :-)

Robert, perhaps I was not clear. I only meant to say the Murphy was basing his comments on what he heard from XOMA. I think he does at least scan this board.

In the long run you are right about the science being the most important thing. However in the short to medium term how stock performs is very relevant to the financial health of XOMA.
