Self inflicted injury. Management did not take Business 101. Remind me next time never to invest in a company where the management is overpaid in relation to company's performance. Truly sad. This could have been a classic turn around two years ago with any half decent manager. Tons of cash, lots of room for reducing overhead but the morons just talked a good story without doing anything and finally when the heat got too much said, will reduce costs by 10m which they could have done any time. So now the money is half of what it was, revenue has increased tangibly, DSO is still where it was, CEO is making out fine but net income is non existent. No wonder, OTEX and others are snapping at the heels. Pathetic. But it will be game over next week. Check this out from to-day's FP. canoe.ca
