i have heard about a poison pill also so things should no doubt heat of for pair.....

Re: Poison Pill This would only be used at PAIR's management descretion. If they want to merge with someone for less than $55/share, in otherwords a non-hostile takeover, then they can accept whatever they believe is fair and what the shareholder's would accept. -Chicago

Max, I hope you make a fortune. *OFF TOPIC* Anybody here have any boating experience??? I just bought a 25 foot Sea Ray and just spent an hour on a sandbar in the Delaware river in Philly. LOL!!!
