Thread:

Whether the stock is in DTC or in a physical certificate does not matter regarding the issue being discussed here.

The SEC cannot cancel trades that have been made over the last 6 months nor would they ever halt trading in the stock unless fraud is involved which I believe is NOT the case here.

I have physical certificates of stocks that have been halted/suspended and they are worth no more than if I were the beneficial owner through DTC. Owning the physical certificates is slightly helpful in a stock that is being shorted heavily ( taking the float out of the DTC ).

WHATEVER THE CASE IS HERE IT *CANNOT HURT* ALL OF US TO ASK YOUR BROKER FOR PHYSICAL DELIVERY OF YOUR CERTIFICATES !!!!!

The case here is an usual one and we will have to wait for the Company's response to Jacalyn's e-mail and the fax being transmitted to her on Monday (we can see the fax before Monday if others here with a fax machine ask sallye on the Clearstation XSNI thread to fax them a copy of the "circular" sallye has referred to).

I think that this stock issue has been reviewed by the SEC, and comments made, when the MM first trading it sent a 15C211 to the SEC prior to trading. Without a no comment letter from the SEC and approval to trade it on the BB from the NASD, the stock could NOT trade her on the BB - the NASD MUST give the MM approval to trade it - therefore my belief is that the stock is not "phantom" and all of you have freely trading XSNI stock.

Anyone here can address their concerns, if they have any, to John Reed Stark of the SEC here on Si at: Member 3038133

Tell Mr Stark that we want his comment on the validity of this stock ASAP.

ALSO REMEMBER THAT SHORTS AND MM'S READ THE THREADS HERE AND MAY DOWNTICK THE STOCK AT MONDAY'S OPEN (based on the discussion here) - MAY CREATE THE BUYING OPPORTUNITY MANY HERE ARE LOOKING FOR !!!

Have a nice weekend all.
