Mad2,

<However isn't it true that Gel Tech Industries (now called Biodelivery according to Dan Z) ownes Zicam and Gel Tech LLC is the distribution company?>

Biodelivery Technologies does not own Zicam. Prior to signing the operating agreement last week, Biodelivery Technologies and GumTech together owned the intellectual property rights to Zicam. Upon signing of the operating agreement, both companies gave their intellectual property rights to Gel Tech LLC and Gel Tech LLC now owns 100% of the intellectual property rights to Zicam. GumTech owns 60% of Gel Tech LLC and Biodelivery Technologies owns the other 40%.

<See new release and copy of ABI listing on Gel Tech Industries.>

To the best of my knowledge, Gel Tech Industries and Gel Tech Inc were the same company. Gel Tech Inc filed a corporate name change and is now known as Biodelivery Technologies. They are not doing business as Gel Tech Inc and the ABI listing is outdated.

<The whole issue of Gel Tech LLC, Gel Tech Industries and Biodelivery is a bit convoluted and confusing, particularly as it relates to the benifit that will be realized by GUMM shareholders.>

GumTech owns 60% of Gel Tech LLC and will receive 60% of the profits from Zicam and any other products that Gel Tech LLC sells. Please review exchange2000.com and let me know what you don't understand.
