im sorry bill, but you are definately wrong now and i will prove it to you. joe said his techs stocks that he is buying right now and that are undervalued. then you said, "that is my short list" if you say that you did not say that on cnbc then you are lying now. i heard you say it. it was the last thing you said.

you also say you will not follow up this post. do i have to get the transcript of you saying, "thats my short list" ???? or will you admit to saying that ? or will you say, "i was kidding"

furthermore in the past few months, i have read your columns in stocksite and more than once have read negative remarks made by you about overvalued net stocks, etc...

if i was you i wouldnt even care about responding to me being that you own a couple hundred thousand shares of gnet. but, if you want people to vote for you on the board of directors, i suggest you come clean with your statement. also, you were on cnbc on thursday not wednesday like you said in your post. furthermore, i do not know the facts about the p.e. of the s & p and really dont care, but that is for joe b. to argue with you, and i dont think he is on this thread and i cant speak for him.

Bill, I am a bit confused. You said at the end of the CNBC segment that you would be willing to short the same list of stocks that Joe advocated buying (i.e. CSCO, INTC, MSFT, etc.). Wouldn't this be considered advocating shorting these stocks? Are you differentiating between shorting "net" stocks and shorting "tech" stocks?

What we all really want to know is....Have you ever shorted GNET and, if so, do you find yourself selling off your options with the company to cover your ass?
