Ray, thanks for your comments. I have a problem with yesterday's volume because I think that MMs painted the tape. I asked Grupo Brad about that but he has not answered me so far. Here's the url for that post:

How do you answer my concerns about yesterday's trades? And, if you are right, how do you account for the fact that the stock fell like a rock in the afternoon?

As I'm sure you know, it's my view that this is just another opportunity for someone to make a buck at the expense of unsuspecting small fry. Volume or no volume, yesterday's trading smelled like three day old fish to me.

I'm a little concerned, with all this Microsoft talk, that people now will be DISAPPOINTED with any licensing deal with anyone BUT msft.

There are a lot of players in this MP3 (and video streaming) game. Serious players who are willing to pay serious bucks to protect their intellectual property. IF there is any announcement about someone choosing to work with tmmi, it will be good news for us.
