Casaubon,
Excellent question.

The Bullish percent risk levels don't change just because they enter a "marked" percentage area. Such as moving from 34 to 30.

BPDRUG will remain Bull Correction unless it penetrates a previous bottom, which on the current chart is at 32%, and then it becomes Bear Confirmed.

If it stays above 32% and reversed up it will then be Bull Confirmed.

If it does go into Bear Confirmed by breaking a previous bottom and then reverses up below 30% it becomes Bull Alert. At that point being under 30% does make a difference.
If it does go into Bear Confirmed but stays above 30% and reverses up, it becomes Bear Correction.

The drug sector is right on the edge of the two alert levels. It would be good if the drug sector could move down below 30% and reverse up to Bull Alert.

Last I looked the drug sector was close to reversing up. At this level it would be Bull Confirmed (it hasn't broken a previous bottom).
