I would encourage people NOT to answer the post I am answering for the following reasons;
Just wondering how much "capital" the daytraders on this thread use daily for each trade.
That is just like asking somebody how much they make...its none of my business.
Also,how much profit or tolerable stop loss do people look for on a trade?
Depends on the price of the stock and your own personal tolerances to risk!
Who are the BIG high risk rollers?
thats none of my business, either!
For me,I usually invest around $50k per trade.Play mainly Toronto.No pennies unless the volume really kicks in.Up 160K since January.Biggies for me so far this year BII,GEM,MCF.Well ahead of my target pace of 250k by year end.Would like to hear how others have done so far this year.

Good for you, but we try not to put people in "wealth bins" on this thread. It is irrelevant to me and others how much a person wagers on a trade, it is irrelevant to me how much he makes, it is also irrelevant to me how much money he/she has made this year. The only relevance is if the trade was executed well, whether the trade was "appropriately" adjusted for risk, and finally whether the person "beat the market"!.....the money follows!

Finally, we are not here to make the "low $" daytrader feel uncomfortable in the midst of a "high$" trader. So I would prefer that your questions go unanswered, My opinion only!
