Jacalyn, Will scan the full circular and last financial statements on monday and email them to you. This is the share capital by number of shares The authorised capital is: Common shares 100m Preferrred 10m Issued Capital at April 30th 1998 Common shares 32.6m Preferred nil The only mention in the circular of any increase is issued capital is of options granted to directors and employees and I am not aware of any public information of any further issue. Howver a fellow shareholder has informed me that some stock has beenissued during a private fund raising but I don't know how true that is. As you can see from the above the co has a puny capital base which should bode well for us in a public offering. I'm in Cambridgeshire and its a wet windy miserable day. Regards Jon C
