Why is it that you can trade better when you can get a broker on the phone as opposed to internet? Because the broker is looking at Level 3?

Speed. A live broker can have an order ready to execute faster than I can get it set up on the web site. (Upon actual order entry, the web is as fast as the broker.) Also, the live broker had allowed me to focus less on order entry and more on indicators.

As for the data being looked at, I've found that, with Watley's PCQuote, the data I have tends to be a step ahead of the data seen by the broker.
