Arnie, I don't hide my thoughts. In looking at everything, I would say they were pre-arranged exchanges between MM's to cater to what was available to them. I can't see any other scenario at this point. As you know, I have never owned this stock, but I try to respect everyone's request for help. NOW, that is my sincere opinion and given the hour of the day that this occurred when the MM's can see what is laying out there in regards to buys and sells I think it is a plausible reading. Brad
