PH, But you don't get it. If the inventory drops from $200 million to $100 million, that is a credit to Micron management, not to the fact that the price dropped before they could sell all their crap. <g>

This is assuming they have a comparable yield as they had three years ago. If that yield has dropped 20-30% then the costs go up. No one, not even most of the people there know what the yield is right now. I got three different versions from the same number of people; one thing they did state is that the yield of all fabs combined is down. Now that could mean one fab has a much better yield than the others do or visa versa, but not all are yielding the same.
