The first of the plan your currently seeing... and that's solidarity. The MARJORITY saying to the current board and to their fair hair few, NO!!! The scare tactics are interesting to witness. Your comments are being ignored by the MAJORITY because they now can see thru you. You hope there is a back up plan? Wait till the meeting. Present management needs to make something positive happen "before" the meeting that is more than superficial. I don't know how many times that's been stated and now should be obviously to you and the board. Either the board performs, or the board should leave. It's as simple as that. As you are obviously on "the other side" don't bother asking what "plans" may be in the works, you won't be told.
