Matt, Here is some info on EBLD: First off go here and check out there sites entertainmentblvd.com all of these sites our theres except Comedynet Vidnet is the greatest! Also has deal with IFill to supply CD's, Videos, DVD's ect. through there Emerchendise site.( hasn't been Added to site yet) They are working on a 10 mil. dollar private placement that should be finished on 20 May 99. Audits are being finalized and should be done this month(I am hoping for the week of the 17th) Once completed they will be fully reporting and Blue skyed( at with time brokers can recomend it. hearing rumurs that some big broker's will be putting buy rec. at that time) Also there are some key board members that have been added and we are waiting on that info also.
