Looks as if this "selling Viagra like candy" stuff is going to soon end. Yesterday I heard on News radio 78 in Chicago that a Naperville, IL doctor was having his license suspended for prescribing Viagra on the internet without seeing the patients. Now I just read this on the Yahoo message board:

messages.yahoo.com

Z, do you know in which states it is actually legal to prescribe Viagra over the internet without a doctors exam???

Zebra,

The same type of thing happened to me about a year ago with an AOL thread for TCPI. At the time, I had a position in this company, and posted several objective, informative posts. I wasn't taking sides, just trying to be informative. I received a letter in the mail saying that AOL was turning over the identity of about 20 posters, including mine, to a judge, as TCPI had taken out a law suit. I called the company, identified myself as an investor and told them what my handle was, and also told them I didn't want my identity made public. They assured me they were not after me, saying they were going after one specific person, and that was the last I heard of it. I never again posted on that thread, and the experience made almost stop posting completely. I didn't do that, but I am extra cautious about what I post since then. I also noticed a few months ago that the same company, TCPI, did the same thing to the TCPI thread on Yahoo .

I've seen some of your posts on this thread, and if that is indicative of your posting behavior in general, I don't think you have anything to worry about. Makes you wonder though.
