Poison pills are in place to prevent hostile takeovers. $25 a share isn't nearly as cheap as $15.

i agree that mid 20's is low for a company with real earnings, great new products, cash $$$, and in a very hot sector. the poison pill was adopted around december 98 (correct me if i'm wrong here Jay) when the stock was $7 - 8 to prevent any hostile takeover at a very cheap price - it was done to protect the stockholders.

i would look for a price like jpc's <<B. A price which would sound too stupid to post right now.>> hehehe
