Dog gone. . .picked out 1 from the pound, then inherited one from the neighbor, now a third is living in our dog house, but technically belongs to the neighbor, I think. . .the vet bill from last week was more than a trip to the emergency room at the nearby hospital. . . then the neighbor on the other side's dog bit another neighbor's tiny little girl when she tried to take his bone away. . . .and Chile was sent to doggy prison for eleven days of bread and water. . . .the girl is fine, but has some nasty looking bite marks. . . Poor Chile Dog got busted. . . I call him, Chile the Thunder dog, because he climbs to the top of the hill and barks whenever there is distant thunder. . .before it is even audible to humans. . . .then if there is the a tornado warning, he runs in circles as he barks. . . .hope the weather holds up until his sentence is up.
