CM:

Thanks for the Dallas Semi I-Button reference. Their concept is fascinating and the extent of their product line and their initial market and application development are impressive.

There certainly is much common ground with WAVX for complementary developments:

- a basic component for a secured "dongle"

- an important component for the answer to the "multiple users at one Embassy-enabled computer" and the "multiple Embassy-enabled computers for one Wave account subscriber" problems.

I would assume that our friends in Lee are already aware of Dallas Semi, but if they weren't before, I suspect you post will result in their taking a look at it. But, it wouldn't due any harm for you to e-mail the lead to Steven Sprague for him to refer to their security development group, just in case.

You and Dallas Semi have also been responsible for at least once solving my annually recurring, frustrating problem of what to buy my father for his birthday. He is the prototype high tech "guy who has everything" and is into everything. I immediately ordered their WS-1 Weather Experimenters Kit to give him for his upcoming 79th birthday later this month. I couldn't find a more appropriate gift that I know will give him and his friends hours of enjoyment and challenges to learn about it, make it work, and try to push its technology to some currently unforeseen "next step". (I hope he hasn't signed up for SI in the last day or so, so it will still be a surprise).

Thanks.

Steve
