Good post on the George Will position. I like
his reference to the "Pax Romana" and the America
of the new millenium. Of course, any student of
history will tell you that there was no "peace"
during the height of the Roman Empire just as there
is no peace for America at the height of our power.
Bombing nations (we have bombed 4 in the past year
not counting several accidental hits) is the cost
of doing business.
