The stock does not automatically become marginable at over $5. No OTC-BB stock is legally marginable in a U.S. account. And BTW, it's a great pick by Wayne and whoever else, I'm very jealous that I didn't see it in time to buy it, and I wish you guys all the best with it, but stating that a NYSE listing is imminent is naivete or hype in the extreme. Isn't anyone here remotely familiar with NYSE listing criteria?

Most brokers won't let you margin or short OTCBB. The key words in that statement is: "most brokers"... anything is possible on the OTCBB if you look hard enough.
