Brent--On your chart, notice that the oscillator shown is weaker in the wave that started from 60 to present (vs March)and the peak in the present oscilator sequence is rolling over...The Rally from 47 is losing strength and the lower osc is putting out an early warning signal that momentum is waning, and has been waning since mid March. In almost all Rallies (and Drops for that matter), the osc peaks out well in advance of the end of the price peak, since it take time for the momentum to slow to a point that the downside pull starts to outweigh the upside push.....Another point--If you switch to log format, the wedge triangle post 60 becomes clearer.Wedge's are termination moves (slowing momentum), at the end of which lies a sharp correction, often to the beginning of the wedge....Please note that I am NOT saying the Bull is over--just that THIS particular phase of the Bull (47-82ish) is coming to a close--After a material correction into the 60's, the NEXT upphase should begin and be stronger than the first phase now just drawing to a close....My 2c fwiw--ps I'm only long FLC at the moment and short nothing (I only go between long and cash).
