Yaacov, let us say that you are a skilled technician. Your skills are in high demand. Like you there are 18 million skilled technicians whose skills are equally in high demand. All 18 million of you form a union. Suddenly all the employers need you. Without you their business would not move forward. In the meantime your union membership keeps rising because the benefits provided by your union are enormous.

Meanwhile employers are conjuring up companies with grand schemes and better working conditions etc. But they still need the support of your union to move forward.

Skilled technicians = Internet/AOL users
Employers = ATT, Baby bells, e-commerce businesses
working conditions = cable, phone lines, DSL, Sun servers

YAACOV,
since you bought at 170 that now makes you an investor, the only
way to be in the black again is to hold these shares, the internet
is limitless in its growth,my holdings are part of a retirement
account, this is another reason i am long on the stock.aol is the
leader in internet customers and is growing bigger as i type,in this
case i believe bigger is better. JMHO

Hey Yaacov,

If you have basis for stating why your or your european "friends" believe that AOL will be in the "low 30's," then state your rationale. Otherwise, it is just wishful thinking on your part.
