WLD, of course I'm a shareholder in NPEC and MDIN. Why else would I spend time here? Now, what is your reason? We know you're not a shareholder.

Just answer two questions: 1) Have you received, or do you expect to receive, compensation, monetary or otherwise, to post messages on the NPEC or MDIN message boards? 2) Are you now, or have you ever been, a short seller of NPEC or MDIN stock?
