Could it be that all of the above are or have been trying to take over TTRIF for their own benefit at the expense of the shareholders with a sweetener for Rene to go along and to hell with the shareholders? Also could it be that Rene has been led down the garden path by the above suiters and has balked when each showed their true colors? Greed might be a logical explanation for Rene's reluctance to go through with any of the previous " Big Deals", or perhaps the sweetener was not sufficient for Rene to simply vanish and let the new folks have their way with the shareholders.
There is one thing that is certain. That is that none of the above hotshots are/were interested in the well being of the rank and file shareholder. Their interest is in their own pocketbook and anyone who thinks otherwise is truly a DIXIE WHISTLER. I would also think that the same analogy could also apply to Rene, but his refusal to go through with any of these deals might indicate that he has more integrity than any of us have given him credit for.
Just some food for thought. My point is that there is a real possibility that none of the above are potential saviours, or worse yet, are/were potential killers through the possibility of taking the company private through first a huge reverse split and then a manipulated buyout for pennies on the dollar.
Be careful what you ask for. You just might get it and it might turn out to be fifferent from what you perceived!!!!!
Cheers: John D. Holley
