IJNT -- I see the insider selling. How do you tell what is too much selling from insiders over a period of 18 months? I assume many of these shareholders have a basis of essentially nothing.

It seems like 1,095,000 shares were sold or planned to be sold from 1/12/98 -- 7/15/99. That is about 18 months. So, would sales of approximately 60,000 shares a month by very low basis shareholders be a bad sign in relation to the new company? I assume that all these shareholders were not independently wealthy and to them, $50,000 might be a significant amount of money. How does someone independently judge this selling in light of what the company does today? I don't want to outsmart myself with this one.
