Gooch, if you listened to the conference call back in I think November, there was an analyst from Merril Lynch on who asked a lot of technical questions. One question he had is why JMAR was fooling around with other businesses and not putting all their efforts into X-ray. I think the street will respect JMAR more if it goes whole hog after x-ray. Plenty of company's out there with negative earnings and selling at huge market caps.

The disk drive business is part of that $135 million business that it operates in. By expanding to X-ray, JMAR will have a market of billions (maybe 30 times larger market) and JMAR will have extremely high margins on their proprietary technology. Why do you think they hired all these laser scientists. Why do you think they hired the world famous Edmund Turcu? Why are they adding staff and management?

I think the answer is that JMAR is going into a new phase. They will have to joint venture because there are so many opportunities. This is very exciting to me. JMAR could eventually joint venture with many different companies, depending on all the uses that they want to exploit. The future is very bright. We must be patient and let the events unfold. This should be a very exciting year as JMAR unveils the higher power level x-ray sources.
