Source : The CHEAP Investor, stated that ProyCtye's president purchased 225,000 shares last December at .45 cents. Also Jan. 5th, five other insiders bought shares, and on April 1st, four other insiders exercised options for 5,000 shares each at .59 cents. I got almost as many as these four and I got my shares much cheaper (VBG) Regards, Malcolm

Vip and all: PRCY has had sequential revenue gains for the past six quarters. I believe HumaTech products have been part of the revenue for four quarters so it will be interesting to see how much increase we get next quarter over last years second quarter. There may be some revenue from June sales of anti-aging skin care products. These and most Procyte products are sold to doctors only. It would seem that a lot of their products could be sold directly to the public to increase sales. There will be more new product sales near the end of the year from NextDerm. At the last conference call it was said that the company may break even when we get to 8 to 10 million in revenue. We should get over 2 million per quarter in revenue by the end of the year. With all these companies being taken over by Procyte the management has done a good job in keeping the number of outstanding shares down. There are 14.5 million shares out now compared to 13.3 last September. There is another PRCY message board at the Raging Bull web site. ragingbull.com Tom
