Talk about spamming already??? The Company didnt sell the shares, foundation equity did. There is a previous post containing a phone number to the TSE with a contact name to speak to. Perhaps as part of your DD you may want to call. As to what the TSE will do to foundation that remains unseen, unless of course if you are part of the committee or group investigating it and you know?

the simple solution is to short the stock, Mike!!
The market says BLD is worth $4.5 Billion, and I believe GLE will be in a position to have a similar market cap.. GLE's SOFC technology is not just geared to the automotive industry. Fuel Cell technology will eventually replace nuclear power generation.
There is definitely room for multiple players and technologies in the auto industry.
WHY CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG!!
