The ex-broker is Greg Writer of FNTT. He was fined $200,000 by the NASD, a record amount at the time as I recall. One of my favorite posts is #reply-8930152 where he begins to explain that he never paid it, doesn't intend to, and no one can force him to do so unless he wants to be a broker again. But, heck, why be a broker when you can run your very own publicly traded company? Like Greg says, only in America. BTW, there is legislation proposed to close the revolving door. - Jeff
